Hi, I’m Jelena, a neuroscience-based behavioral coach.
Whether you believe it or not, your BS (Belief System, of course) creates your reality. From findings in neuroscience & evolutionary psychology we can clearly see the link between internalised beliefs and lived outcomes.
I help you unlearn unhelpful patterns, rid yourself of self-doubt, & create new neural pathways so you can finally feel calm, confident & joyful.
Today I live in my dream country, run my own business, have a deep, healthy relationship with myself and my partner.
I trust in life completely.
But in my past, none of those things were true.
My Story
While building my career, changing countries, earning promotions, and coaching teams… my personal life was quietly collapsing underneath it all.
My partner of seven years disappeared into prison without warning.
The next man I loved drowned. And through it all, I kept performing while falling apart inside.
I lived with chronic anxiety and four years of insomnia.
On the outside: capable, competent, reliable.
On the inside: terrified of loss, stuck in hypervigilance, unable to rest.
Therapists gave me breathing exercises and told me to create vision boards. You can imagine that none of this helped.
Nobody gave me what I actually needed: a path to rewire my mind and return to myself.
And so 5 different therapists and 1 very expensive hypnotherapist (I know!) later, with the last resort of hope that I had in me, I turned into coaching.
