Hi, I’m Jelena, a neuroscience-based relational coach.

I know what it feels like to want love and somehow keep getting in your own way. To overthink, to doubt yourself, to wonder why confidence feels so easy for everyone else but not you.

Today I live in my dream country, run my own business, and have a deep, loving relationship with myself and with my partner.

I trust life. I trust love.

But for a long time, none of that was true for me.

What changed everything wasn't finding the right person. It was understanding the limiting patterns I was carrying, and learning, with the help of neuroscience, how to change them.

That's exactly what I help you do.


My Story

While building my career, changing countries, earning promotions, and coaching teams… my personal life was quietly collapsing underneath it all.

My partner of seven years disappeared into prison without warning.
The next man I loved drowned. And through it all, I kept performing while falling apart inside.

I lived with chronic anxiety and four years of insomnia.
On the outside: capable, competent, reliable.
On the inside: terrified of loss, stuck in hypervigilance, unable to feel at ease in relationships.

The therapists I saw were kind. But what I got was psychoanalytical labels and insight for why I was struggling, but no real path back to myself.

What I needed and couldn't find anywhere was a way to rewire myself and start again from a place of calm.

And so, 5 different therapists and 1 very expensive hypnotherapist (I know!) later, with the last resort of hope that I had left, I turned to coaching.

And it changed everything.

How I can Help?

I used to be my own ideal client…

I appeared confident and successful. But privately, I was deeply anxious and desperately hungry to be loved. I shamed myself for not having the relationship I wanted. Some days I felt like I was waiting to be saved.

I watched dozens of self-help videos. Every “how to get him to commit " tutorial. Every dating advice YouTube could offer me.

Nothing worked. Because none of it addressed what was actually going on underneath.

My work goes beyond insight. Mainly because for me, insight did not result in transformation.

Using neuroscience, the art of coaching, nervous system regulation, and identity and belief transformation, we don't just talk about what happened and why you are the way you are.

We rewire how your mind and body respond to love, closeness, and of course, to yourself.
