Hi, I’m Jelena, a neuroscience-based emotional leadership coach.
Whether you believe it or not but your BS (Belief System, of course) creates your reality. I help you unlearn fear, tackle overthinking and rid of self-doubt, so you can finally stop overperforming while under-receiving in life and love.
Today I live in my dream country, have a deep, healthy relationship with myself and my partner. I trust in life completely.
Ten years ago, none of those things were true.
My Story
While building my career, changing countries, earning promotions, and training teams… my personal life was quietly collapsing underneath it all.
My partner of seven years disappeared into prison — without warning.
The next man I loved drowned. And through it all, I kept performing while falling apart inside.
I lived with chronic anxiety and four years of insomnia.
On the outside: capable, competent, reliable.
On the inside: terrified of loss, stuck in hypervigilance, unable to rest.
Therapists gave me breathing exercises, and told me to create vision boards. You can imagine that none of this helped.
Nobody gave me what I actually needed: a path to rewire my mind and return to myself.
And so 5 different therapists and 1 very expensive hypnotherapist (I know!) later, with the last resort of hope that I had in me, I turned into coaching.

How I Healed?
Through a combination of:
→ Coaching - having a guide who helped me rewire my patterns systematically
→ Byron Katie's "The Work" - learning to question thoughts instead of believing them automatically
→ Neuroscience education - understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain can change
→ Consistent practice - doing the daily work of retraining my nervous system
It took time. It wasn't linear. But it was possible.
