Your brain has opinions about EVERYTHING.
Who likes you. Whether you're neurodivergent, have ADHD, are highly sensitive, or are just a weirdo. Whether you made the right decision. Whether that feedback says something about your worth. Whether everyone else is somehow ahead of you.
And the really annoying part? It's very darn convincing.
For the longest time, I was a true believer in my brain's ways. Not religiously. Just… undoubtedly

Her background includes a degree in law, diplomas in psychology & sociology, plus additional education in neuroscience and change management; certifications and accreditation in coaching & training; and two decades of experience working with people in both corporate and personal settings.
This isn't just professional curiosity.
Her deep dive into understandings our nervous system and mind-body connection grew from her own experience.
For years, she struggled with severe separation anxiety following a traumatic loss, whichin turn led to years of insomnia on top of perfectionism, and the exhausting need to control what could not be controlled. Not getting the support she needed made things even harder.
Eventually, working with a skilled coach and therapist helped her find a way forward. That experience changed not only how she understood herself, but also how she saw the potential for change going forward
It inspired her to keep learning and to bring that knowledge and expertise into her work with others.
